Our review methodology
Each operator review on this page is the output of a structured 14-day audit:
- Day 1. Account creation from an Auckland residential IP, with full KYC documents uploaded at signup. Welcome bonus claimed.
- Days 1-3. 100-spin sample on pokies plus 50 hands of live blackjack and 25 spins on live roulette.
- Day 3. Customer-support test — submit four queries (technical, banking, bonus, responsible play) and time first response and resolution.
- Days 4-10. Continued play sample to 400 spins total, recording RTP, variance, bonus-wagering progress, any drift from advertised behaviour.
- Day 10. Responsible-gambling stress test — set a deposit limit, request a 24-hour cool-off, then attempt to bypass it via support chat. Operators who let us through fail this category.
- Day 11. Withdrawal request via Skrill e-wallet, then a separate request via POLi-funded bank transfer.
- Days 11-14. Time withdrawals to credit. Score against published policy and against peer operators.
- Day 14. Final scoring against our nine criteria. Rank-list updated.
What is NOT in our reviews
For transparency, three things you will not find anywhere on this site:
- Third-party promo codes. Every bonus is claimed via our direct partner link with no code required. If a site advertises a promo code we are not the source.
- "Exclusive" no-deposit bonuses. We do not negotiate no-deposit offers — they are typically structured to be impossible to cash out and would undermine our editorial position.
- Sponsored reviews. Editorial decisions are finalised before commercial terms are negotiated. We have walked away from commission relationships that would have required us to inflate a score.
